About Abus
When August Bremicker and his sons first started up their own business producing padlocks in the small village of Volmarstein, Germany back in 1924, they would have found it difficult to believe that one day their slogan would work its way around the world. The business, which started out in the cellar of their family home, has blossomed into a corporate group with global operations. ABUS products are valued for their high quality all over the world, since the company has set a high standard during the almost 100 years of company history.
